What We’re Looking For
A highly organized, detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for hospitality.
Experience in event coordination, social media marketing, and tasting room management.
Strong writing skills and creativity for content creation.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
Familiarity with Square, Canva, and Website management (Squarespace a plus).
Assist in Social Media & Content Creation
Assist in or creating engaging social media posts twice a week, capturing high-quality photos, videos, and reels, designing graphics in Canva, writing compelling captions, and bringing fresh content ideas to boost our online presence.
Product & Menu Updates
Manage new wine and menu launches by updating the website, social media, and sales platforms, writing product descriptions, updating inventory in Square, coordinating wine placement, and collaborating on cocktail creations.
Events & Hospitality Coordination
Lead event calendar, from booking to pulling-off.
Organize and update event details across multiple platforms (Google Events, Facebook, website, etc.).
Draft event descriptions and promotional materials.
Coordinate musician bookings, contracts, reminders, and payments.
Ensure smooth execution of ticketed events or general public events, including setup, ticket sales, and staff communication.
Maintain an internal event calendar and send weekly staff updates.
Reservations & Guest Experience
Manage reservations, respond to inquiries, and communicate guest expectations to the kitchen and team.
Print weekly reservation reports and send automated reminders.
Wedding & Special Event Support
Prepare invoices and coordinate bar setup for weddings.
Coordinate with Day-of lead for weddings day, communicate needs with team.
Oversee setup and breakdown, including property maintenance and organization.
Tasting Room & Team Support
Conduct weekly walkthroughs to maintain a clean and welcoming space.
Assist with new hire training and tasting room operations.
Handle Square updates, menu changes, and website updates as needed.
Work tasting room floor and events.
