The Cab Franc is always one of our most aromatically intense wines. Displaying dark layers of black berry jam, marionberry compote, anise and notes of savory herbs. The palate is generous with refined tannins and secondary flavors of smoked dates, sandalwood with subtle hints of lavender that finishes well-structured and elegant with finesse tannins while showcasing the gorgeous French Oak notes that lingers on the palate.
Our Mourvèdre is a medium-light bodied wine displaying expressive varietal characteristics of white pepper while invoking vibrant aromas of black plum, blackberry jam interwoven with black cherry. The palate has a silk like texture creating a voluptuous mouthfeel with balanced acidity. Secondary flavors of seared beechwood, fresh cigar box and bramble berry finishes off with a black peppercorn impact leaving the palate with velvety tannins and a nice, toasted oak finish, a perfect wine for food pairing.

The Petit Verdot is abundant -- overflowing even -- while offering subtleties often hard to cultivate in such a bold wine. The color is a dark purple velvet, at times almost black. The nose is filled with blackberry jam and quieter hints of black tea leaves and leather. Big flavors of roasted fig, black currant, vanilla, and hazlenut also make room for supporting notes of olive and mocha.
Our Cabernet Sauv is a shining example of the gorgeous Cabernet Sauvignons that derive from the Yakima Valley. Robust and full of dark fruit elements this wine showcases an abundance of black currant, boysenberry compote intertwined with intriguing layers of cocoa, sandalwood and cigar box aromatics. The palate is robust with secondary flavors of plums and fig with spicy French Oak elements that finishes with remarkably smooth tannins and a finish that accentuates the French oak that lingers on the palate.
Our Riesling, a light bodied wine that offers exotic aromatics that are fresh and lively intertwined with brisk acidity. Aromas of fresh peach juice, ripe apricots, honey, and hints of orange peel. The wine enters the palate showcasing its bright acidity evoking secondary flavors of lemon zest, papaya, and guava enveloped in a floral bouquet. The wine exits with bright and balanced acidity with balanced natural residual sugar that leaves a vibrant, racy impression, leaving a sweet and crisp finish.
