VINEYARD VIEWS

• Rental of round tables with tablecloths & chairs, set up on vineyard views lawn.
• Sound system set up & tear down.
• 1-2 rectangle table and tablecloth for food and gifts, if needed.
• Designated wine attendant and wine/beverage bar set up.
• Three hour rental.
• Use of indoor facilities & restrooms.
SMALLER PARTY - DURING BUSINESS HOURS.
8-16 People. $25 per person (price towards food and beverage consumption.) Example below.
SMALLER PARTY - CLOSED BUSINESS + $200 BUSINESS RENTAL FEE.

To reserve a table for three hours the minimum required is $200 (during business hours) or $320 (when business is closed) p/p. An automatic gratuity will be added at 20%. One bill per party.
NO RENTAL FEE.
Event rental is based on attendance. There is only a minimum consumption requirement per person, which varies per location. Please see above pricing structure and do your math accordingly. If minimum is not met, extra wine can be purchased and taken home to meet minimum. Children are $15 and do not go toward minimum adult count.
Our parties receive the upmost care and attention. Before the event your space will be cleared, cleaned, & ready. Upon arrival you are more than welcome to decorate the designated space. We believe Freehand Cellars has the best view in the Yakima valley with vast views of Mount Adams and Rattle Snack Hills. This gives us great pride in our location. We will work together ahead of time to make sure your event is pulled off without a hitch.
Our parties also get to partake in some of the best wine and food that Yakima valley has to offer. We take pride in our wine and think that we are among the best in the valley (wink-wink). We also love food which is why we have a vast variety to offer your party. Additionally, the food can be curated specifically for your event. Think special veggie platters, special cheese platters, salmon spreads, dessert platers, and much more.
If you would like your event to include a wine tasting, please work this out ahead of time. Wine purchased specifically for a wine tasting (typically five bottles) will receive a 20% discount. All other food and drinks shall be decided ahead of time and at normal price.
20% gratuity will be automatically added to bill at the end of the event. One bill per party.
EXAMPLE: 30 people x $35 = $1,050. You would need to spend no less than $1,050. All food and beverage purchases go toward this cost.
