We believe that Freehand Cellars tasting room is one of the most beautiful venues in the Yakima Valley. Our indoor and deck space offer a cozy and versatile opportunity to host an event the way you want. Our smaller parties are able to have a sit down dinner, if desired and our larger parties can have a roam, chat, nibble and drink - if you desire. Either way, our tasting room is beautiful!
RENTAL FOR 25-50 PEOPLE:
Minimum rental required 25 people.
Comes with two glasses of wine per person and light appetizers.
Decorating starts no earlier than 5PM. Last call, 9:15PM.
Wine and appetizers will be decided upon before event.
Bar service w/ one or two servers.
Setup, tear down, and clean-up of space.
Music through sound system.
DEPOSIT:
All parties require a deposit of $250.00.
Deposit will be credited to the check total the day of the event.
Deposits are fully refundable if reservations are cancelled 30 days prior to event date.
Deposits for reservations cancelled within 30 days but more than 14 days in advance will be refunded 50% of the deposited amount.
Deposits for reservations cancelled within 14 days are non-refundable.

Appetizer amounts depend on event attendance size.
Includes enough for a small portion of each for each person:
3 way hummus veggie platter.
Grande Charcuterie.
Warm bread and dip.
If a party wants to add more to their food options (to beef it up) then they can order more through our grande menu, HERE.
OUTSIDE FOOD:
All things “catered” related or “brought-in” is renters responsibility. Kitchen is available to use after closure of winery.
Outside catering set-up in garage or designated area.

BAR
Only alcohol purchased through the winery is available. Minimum alcohol purchase, 1 bottle per two guests For example: 25/2 = 12.5 bottles.
Wine glasses for up to 40. Over 40 = disposable.
Service of alcohol and anything bar related is our responsibility.
