Example Timeline for a wedding at Freehand Cellars (take-it-all package)

It’s exciting to be in the process of planing your wedding at Freehand Cellars. Planning at wedding at a winery must be a dream. We hope that this timeline can be a starting point to your timeline for your weekend activities at Freehand!

Friday
3:00 Check in to Airbnb Units, if rented.
04:00-05:00 Ceremony Rehearsal on ceremony site.
05:00-07:00 Rehearsal Dinner in Apricot Orchard, if rented.
07:00-09:00 Hang out, tasting room closed.

Please know that if you would like the rehearsal dinner to start later, the end time remains to be at 7pm. You are welcome to put ceremony arch up before or after ceremony rehearsal.

Saturday
12:00 Tasting Room Opens for couple and bathroom use.
01:00 Tasting Room Attendant start if cash bar is requested.
01:00 Ceremony and Reception site are ready and set for decorations to be placed.
03:00 Check in to Airbnb Units.
03:30 Tasting Room Bar closes for guests, yet remains open for use of bathrooms.
04:15-05:00 Ceremony
05:00*-05:15 Bride and Groom hide while guests get situated at reception site and get first drink (in Airbnb or Tasting Room). BarUp* opens.
05:15-05:30 Bride and Groom are introduced to reception site.
05:30-05:45 Bride and Groom make rounds.
05:45-06:45 Dinner Service
06:45-07:15 Toast
07:15-10:00 You decide to speed of what you need to get done: Cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.
09:45 Last call for alcohol.
10:00 Clean up. Event renters are responsible for items left on tables. The clearing and cleaning of decor should commence at this hour. The Freehand team will work and racking all tables and chairs.

From 5:00-10:00, you can decide the timeline and speed according to the time needed per event or benchmark. We would aim to have the dancing start around 8pm.
