Freehand Event Rental

FREEHAND CELLARS RENTAL • MON.-TUE (THREE HOUR DAY RENTAL) • WED - FRI. (5:30-9:30PM) $1,150

We believe that Freehand Cellars tasting room is one of the most beautiful venues in the Yakima Valley. Our indoor and deck space offer a cozy and versatile opportunity to host an event the way you want. Our smaller parties are able to have a sit down dinner, if desired and our larger parties can have a roam, chat, nibble and drink - if you desire. Either way, our tasting room is beautiful!

RENTAL FOR 20-50 PEOPLE:

  • $250 drink or food credit towards rental cost.

  • Minimum alcohol purchase, 1 bottle per two guests For example: 25/2 = 12.5 bottles.

  • Decorating starts no earlier than 5PM. Last call, 9:15PM.

  • Use of indoor or/and outdoor deck space.

  • Bar service.

  • Setup, tear down, and clean-up of space.

  • Music through sound system.

DEPOSIT:

  1. All parties require a deposit of $250.00.

    1. Deposit will be credited to the check total the day of the event.

  2. Deposits are fully refundable if reservations are cancelled 30 days prior to event date.

    1. Deposits for reservations cancelled within 30 days but more than 14 days in advance will be refunded 50% of the deposited amount.

  3. Deposits for reservations cancelled within 14 days are non-refundable.

  • All food ordered through Freehand will be our responsibility. This includes:

    • Appetizer style tableware (plates/silverware) for up to 40. Over 40 = disposable.

    • Service of food, clearing of food, and clean-up.

OUTSIDE FOOD:

  • All things “catered” related or “brought-in” is renters responsibility. Kitchen is available to use after closure of winery.

  • Outside catering set-up in garage or designated area.

  • All things “catered” related are renters responsibility.

    • i.e. Plates, silverware, set-up, service, cleaning/clearing plates, racking plates, & clean-up.

  • Outside desserts at allowed but renter must take full responsibility.

    • i.e. Plates, silverware, set-up, service, cleaning/clearing plates, racking plates, & clean-up.

BAR

  • Only alcohol purchased through the winery is available. Minimum alcohol purchase, 1 bottle per two guests For example: 25/2 = 12.5 bottles.

  • Wine glasses for up to 40. Over 40 = disposable.

  • Service of alcohol and anything bar related is our responsibility.
