Our 2021 Petit Verdot is a full-bodied wine that mesmerizes the eye with its black ink like color along with bountiful flavors and dark fruit aromatics.  Aromas of black currant and pomegranate intertwine with layers of black tea leaves.  The palate displays vibrant acidity evoking flavors of smoked fig, candied dates, and toasted beechwood.  The tannins are lush, creating roundness that integrates with the wine’s brisk acidity creating a lingering and structured finish.
